Add a very minimalist, self-hosted API endpoint that serves as a 'proxy' between the ESP and the actual blockchain and price APIs. This will allow HTTPS connections that don't overflow the ESP8266's small TLS buffer, offering better security and the ability to fetch USD balance data.

Connect to self-hosted API endpoint instead of directly to Bitcoin.com/Blockcypher - this fixes issues with TLS overflow and adds support for USD units. This update also adds formatting improvements for crypto/USD display and error messages
